Customers that are signed up ARE authorized to use any and all product photos for the purpose of website sales at online websites, auction, brick and mortar stores, home sale and more. Customers agree that to sell our items, they are selling at a profit and not a loss as to gain customers at eBay or any other venue. This practice upsets many of the manufacturers, let alone your own customers once you raise the price back up. Loss leaders as they are know is a prctice that lowers the over all value of the product and this is NOT a practice we support or want our sellers to use. Some products such as NASCAR licensed products are sold as preorders, and one the items come into the warehouse, those preoders are shipped first, then any current orders that come in are placed at the back of the line in shipping order. This is the most fair way to distribute these items. Most oreder ship in 1-5 days depending on the item, what warehouse it ships from and the weather. We, for the most part do NOT ship on weekends and or holidays. Always advise your customers that your item will ship in 30-7 days to cover yourself on ratings. Also, be aware that on very, very popular items a backlog of orders may form which MAY delay the order.

NASCAR jackets and shirts are an item that changes in style and design from time to time. Some times they change in mid season. The jackets carried on our site reflect the latest designs and syles that the teams have approved at the time. The teams and drivers and/or manufacturuer licensee have the right to change these styles at any time. Thus, we ship the current jacket that is approved by thoose entities. And, we Bradshaw wholesale reserve the right to sustitute those order with those new or different designed jackets that are made at that time with no further notice. These are the only items we reserve the right of substitition for the current and/or new design.

Computor errors
Errors in calculations by the computer for shipping and or adding prices is rare, however, if and when it occurs the customer agrees to pay any corrected fees. These are not extra fees, but the proper amount that should have been charged.
OUT OF STOCK AND PREORDERS
We do list items as pre orders and some items do fall out of stock from time to time, even though we try very hard to maintain correct inventory. ALL customers agree by site use that they can not and will not hold this site liable for any and all site errors on stock and understand is is thier sole responcability to keep up with inventory. If an item falls out of stock this website assumes that the order is placed and the customer will wait till it comes in or we can refund the order.

Most orders are processed during the first 48 business hours, however we request that you allow up to four business days during busy times. If and item is ordered then canceled, there is no charge and your funds will be refunded, UNLESS the item has gone through the packing process, then there will be a small charge to offset packaging costs and labor. If the order was for your customer they must be made aware of these fees in your auction and or sale.
Return Items:
Should you wish to return an item to our inventory, there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling will not be refunded. If the item is defective outside the normal product quality then we will gladly replace or refund the item. All damaged goods, and defects are to be reported to us within five (5) business days after your shipment was received. Since we self-insure all shipments, you must elect the insurance option during checkout in order to qualify for product replacement. The replacement item will be added with your next order unless you pay the additional charge for shipping the replacement item. We do NOT pay return shipping on ANY item at ANY time. A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued within 15 days of receipt in the Returns Center to the credit card or PayPal Account used for the original purchase even as PayPal return rules state, it is to the BUYER to pay for return shipping. Shipping fees are NEVER refunded. if there is nothing wrong with the item a 20% restocking fee may be charged.
