Return Items: Should you wish to return an item to our inventory, there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping & handling will not be refunded. There are NO refunds for these reasons.THE MORELAMPS ARE PACKED AND REPACKED, THE MORE CHANCE FOR DAMAGE, SHOULD THE LAMPS BE RETURNED, AND UPON RETURN HAVE DAMAGE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. These lamps and stained glass panels are 100% REAL glass, stained glass, swirl glass crackle glass and other great processes are use in these GLASS items. There is NO plastic in these items. These items have more opportunity once unpackaged to be damaged, so, if the customer returns the lamp or panel and it comes back damage the customer must file a claim with the carrier they shipped it with. The 20-25 % restock fee is because we are a wholesale company and do NOT carry the mark-up to pay for return shipping and or repacking, once unpacked and returned MOST lamps and panels must be repacked and boxed from scratch. These items are sold for RESALE, if one is purchased for your own use and returned, the SAME policy applies.  If a customer provides a claim of damage, and we issue a pickup and when the item is returned there is no dmage, the it is the customer who pays return shipping, any pick up fees and the 20% restock fee. IT IS JUST LIKE THE WHOLESALER THAT SELLS TO A MAJOR RETAILER i.e WALMART, SEARS, AND SUCH, WHEN A CUSTOMER RETURNS AN ITEM, THEY RETURN TO THE RETAILER THAT THEY BOUGHT IT FROM NOT THE WHOLESALER. THIS IS WHY WE, AND MOST WHOLESALE COMPANIES AS WELL AS MAJOR RETAILERS IN MOST CASES HAVE A RESTOCK FEE. YOU SHOULD CONCIDER HAVING A RESTOCK IN WHATEVER TYPE SALES YOU PROVIDE. AND, AS PER PAYPAL TERMS HAVE THE END CUSTOMER PAY FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING) 

When an item is damaged, all we need is a picture of the damage WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECIEPT OF THE ORDER, emailed to us and we then will ask the customer to hang onto the item for a few days so we may pick it up if we wish, or so the shipper can come to inspect it if they wish, then, we will reship or refund. Our Choice. On items where the customer say, I don’t like the color, or its not the right size or what have you, They pay for return shipping (PayPal policy as well) and there is a 20% restock fee, that you forward to your customer. Most retail companies charge restock fees on many items now, and we are a wholesale dropship company, and on many of these items the item itself is damaged, and the box. That means even if the item is resalable, we have to pay for new packaging and repack to be able to resell. On ANY return from GiftDropship.com the customer must insure the return, this because if the item is returned damaged to us, when it was not reported damage, the customer must file a claim with who they shipped it with, because we will NOT refund in that circumstance. Or, you may have the customer return the stained glass item to y0ou and you may resell it.

Damaged items

We insure ALL orders for damages at NO cost to you. We do NOT insure international orders due to the nature of the shipments. HOWEVER, the proper claims process must be followed for our claims to be processed. Your customer or you, MUST take a digital photo of any and ALL damages within 10 days. This photo must then be forwarded to us so we can evaluate the damage and either refund or reship OUR CHOICE.
